I think what you're doing makes perfect sense. There is no right age to teach a child about money but the sooner the better and the simpler the better! I definitely would support your decision of not buying her whatever she wants and also letting her know a valid reason why! Big A is now getting pocket money and if he wants something, he must buy it himself. That really makes him think and be conservative because it is his hard-earned money (he does specific chores to earn). We do g(...)

hahah!! Loved the photo of Namnam clicking away...she does seem very sincere of taking photos of all the flowers!! The view from your hotel room is breath-taking!!! Really hope to visit this place some time in the future!

ugh!! Always hated hindi!! My elder son is learning it now and he seems to be able to pick it up better than I did!!
Can you buy the same book and keep it at home as a second copy? Would that help? I say, tell the daughter that it's just the first test and she should not worry if she doesn't do too well. And, prepare her for the second test, since you now know the crazy system!! :))
