'70-80 gm of wheat is soaked in water overnight .The wheat is pounded in the morning and the milk is extracted.This wheat milk is poured into boiling water (around 500 ml) and cooked for a while. Milk and mishri are added later.Drinking this for 7 days will reduce the internal body heat  and strengthens the bones and decreases the symptoms of bladder problems.This is however a  winter recipe.'

'This is a simple help for uterine fibroids in ladies. Hot water is squeezed out from a clean towel and placed below the navel area for 5 minutes.
